As a service to our cross-border Dutch and German clients, we have established a German Desk with two lawyers. We are aiming at the growing need of our clients to obtain cross-border advice on labour and commercial law.

Our lawyers have broad experience in the German and Dutch legal practice. Both are Dutch natives who have lived and worked in Germany. They speak fluent German and understand German culture and customs.

Mr A.A.M. (Anneke) Hoogveld

Anneke is your first point of contact. She is certified to practice Dutch and German law and specialises in cross-border labour and (international) contract law. She has studied and lived in Germany.

Mr N. (Nadine) Bongartz
In view of her German nationality and education, Nadine Bongartz is the point of contact for cross-border legal issues. She lived in Germany for many years and has been employed at our practice as a legal assistant since 2011.
